PAYMENT INFORMATION​

• Tuition and fees are non-refundable.

• Tuition payments are paid automatically with the card on file on the 1st of each month.

• Payments are based on a yearly tuition (34 weeks) and divided into 9 equal installments beginning in September and concluding with the final payment in May.

• Vacation weeks are factored into the tuition cost.

• Any check returned NSF will be assessed a service charge of $25.

• In the event of an early withdrawal, Evergreen requires a 30 day notification and a $75 withdrawal fee will be assessed.

Yearly Registration Fee

There is a yearly non-refundable registration fee of $45, due at registration. This fee covers September through August.

Gym Show Leotard/Outfit Deposit

There will be a gymnastics show for all our annual students May 15 and 16, 2025. We require a $15 deposit toward the purchase of each students leotard or outfit which is due at registration. This represents only a PARTIAL PAYMENT towards their leotard/outfit. The remainder of the payment will be due once the leotards/outfits have been ordered and the final price is known.

*All gym show leotards/outfit fees are non-refundable after the order has been placed.
